HEALTH & FITNESS: GET TIPS TO MAINTAIN

We are always conscious about our health & fitness but it is also true at the same time that we can not take special and necessary steps to maintain our health & fitness. Dieting is very common nowadays and we think that we can maintain our health & fitness with it but we are wrong here as there are many other ways of losing weight. Diet is the food we eat and beverages we feed and we can lose weight, gain weight and maintain weight through our diet.

If you are dieting to lose weight then it means that you will have to lose some weight and then gain more than you lose so in this way, you just destroy your body. Most diets start with reducing calorie intake and by drinking more water and in first week you can reduce a pound or two of your weight and you think that it is because of reduce intake of calorie but it is not the all truth.

This weight lose is because of more intake of water. Water is single most important part of nutritional intake. You can live with out food for about 30 days but your body can not survive with out water for more than 6 or 7 days.

What happens if you achieve your target and stop dieting? After stopping dieting your metabolism of body slows down so it gathers fats in your body in the form of weight gain and hence you gain more weight than before start of dieting.

Same is that case of water drinking. If you drink less water than it will store in your body and it will get fat. The result is that you will be ready for another diet cycle. But the need is that you have to break this cycle. If you want to lose weight and get fit then you will have to follow certain tips. First of all you have evaluate your current eating habits and if there is need of change then you will have to change them.

You should eat three times a day and your meal should contain mix of fibrous carbohydrates, quality proteins and some healthy fats. Start to eat white bread instead of wheat or buns. You should have a best breakfast and it should not contain sugar. Similarly your lunch should be small portion of red meat with steamed vegetables and salad.
